Blaine teaches you an exercise he calls 'writing your W.I.L.', which stands for your Wealth Inventory List. This is a list of all the past life experiences you've had that you have either forgotten, or you've discounted as being irrelevant to your current life and career.

In this episode, Blaine teaches appraisers how to use the 'profit first' system of business management and budgeting for wealth. Although this system has been popularized as of late by the author and entrepreneur, Mike Michalowitz, in the book aptly named, Profit First, this system of money management and budgeting has been around for thousands of years. Blaine introduces listeners to another book called The Richest Man In Babylon, which talks about this principle in parable form as well.

Be sure to have pen and paper handy and be prepared to listen to this one at least 6 or 8 times while taking notes to really make this system part of your DNA.

In this episode, Blaine Feyen talks about how our bodies and minds are inextricably linked and how we can use one to positively affect the other. Blaine also goes so far as to explain how its every individuals personal responsibility to take control of their feelings and emotions. This can be done in a variety of ways, one being to take control of one's physiology. Change the way your body is being and you change the way your mind is feeling.

The same thing works for your body in that you can change the way your body feels by taking control of your internal dialogue and changing what you say to yourself. How we think and feel are two things we CAN control in life and its your responsibility to do so! Appraisers, especially, must learn this vital skill of taking control and responsibility for how they think, feel, act, and respond.
